Why should you take part in live shopping?

We have so much of fun, giggles and chats!!!! Plus free gifts, quizzes, prizes and more! We also share a lot of crystal knowledge and witchcraft insights from a practicing witch of 12 years, we also do Oracle reads and live demos of the products too.

Live shopping is more detailed than purchasing from a website because you get to see the product in real-time. We will open the box, take the product out, and show it to you, showcasing all its features. In contrast, a website only provides pictures. This is especially true for crystals, as the live experience captures their beauty, which you can't fully appreciate through website pictures. Therefore, live events are a much better way to purchase crystals, we can measure it and tell you its weight live.

Live shopping is a great way to connect with the crystal before you purchase, to make sure it resonates with you personally.

How do I take part?

Joining is really easy; all we need is your shipping address and your email address, this can be sent to our Facebook business messenger page before you join. We only need this information once, to register you on the system, then you’re apart of the Eclectic Witch Collection community.

You will receive an itemised bill of everything you have purchased after the live event has finished, which will be sent to the email address you provided.

At bottom of the bill, there is a "Pay Now" button. When you press that, it takes you through to payments; which is really easy to use! It will also store your preferred payment, to make checkout quicker next time.

 

Accepted payments; bank card, Clearpay, credit card, Klarna, and PayPal.

 

As soon as we receive payment, we pack and post your items. We use Royal Mail tracked 48 for shipping across the UK.

 

Now all you have to do is join a live event on social media, use the Facebook button below and come and see when our next event is!

 

How does it work?

We work our way through the table set up specifically for that live event, allowing you to view all the products. We will always pick up the item, show it to you, and tell you the price. When you see an item you like, you can comment "sold" along with the name of the item, then we will add it to your basket. During the live event, we will confirm that we have seen your comment and that it is in your basket. You can also confirm this when you receive your invoice. If anything is missing from your invoice, you can send us a message, and we will add it to your basket and invoice. Then comment sold as many times as you like and fill your shopping basket!

 

That is it!!! Sooo simple! Come and join us!!

Payment is due within 24 hours if payment isn't received on the invoice, items are put back onto the shelves and the invoice is cancelled.
